T4 and T4A tax slips are now available on the myUWinfo employee portal.

The portal is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing faculty, staff, and student employees to print and re-print their tax slips wherever and whenever they choose with no waiting and no time lost in the mail, says payroll manager Jessica Higgins.

Before users can view or print their tax slips, they must consent to accept their tax slips online. Instructions on the myUWinfo > myPAY section will guide users through the process.

“If you have not previously consented, your slip has already been mailed to your home address,” Higgins says.

She advises users to scroll down to the end when viewing their T4s, as some employees may have multiple T4s for the year.
