Staff volunteers needed for community clean-up

This Wednesday, Oct. 25, students and staff of the University of Windsor will volunteer their time to participate in a community-wide clean up.

More than 150 students have already signed up to participate in collecting litter from neighbourhoods bordering the campus, says organizer Mackenzie Smith of the Office of Student Experience.

“That goes to show how eager our student body is to contribute to the community that we are a part of,” she says.

Staff volunteers are still needed. Smith invites staff members who would like to volunteer their time at the clean-up to reach out to her at Mackenzie.Smith@uwindsor.ca.
