In partnership with its affinity program partner TD Insurance, the Alumni Relations department welcomes the campus community to join a virtual event that will provide guidance on the process involved in making a first home purchase.

There are a lot of steps between figuring out what you can afford to the day you get your keys. TD wants to give you the confidence to make better decisions by providing key financial insights and steps to buying your first home.

Topics of discussion will include:

• Buying versus renting
• How much you can afford
• Down-payment
• Getting pre-approved
• All things mortgages (payments, interest rates, amortization, prepayments)
• Your home buying team
• What happens next…

The event will take place on Thursday, May 4, at noon on Microsoft Teams. All registrants who attend the webinar will be entered into a random draw to win a pair of Skullcandy Jib True wireless earbuds.
